  • Production Stage (2–7 Days)

    Most products take 2 to 7 days to produce. For items requiring specialized techniques (such as hand-painted pieces), production time will be extended by an additional 3–5 business days, resulting in a total production period of 5–12 days.
  • Shipping Stage (7–20 Days or Faster)

    After production is finished, your order will be carefully packaged and shipped out. Standard shipping generally takes 7 to 20 business days.

5. Shipping Delays & Tracking Notes


  • Shipping timelines are estimated starting from the date of dispatch—not the date of order placement. Delays may occur due to invalid delivery addresses, customs clearance procedures, or other unforeseen factors.
  • If you do not see any tracking updates immediately after clicking the tracking link, there is no need to worry. There may be a 24-hour delay in tracking data, as packages often need time to move from our transfer hub to the carrier’s first scanning point.

6. Sales Tax & Import Duties

    We do not collect sales tax during checkout. The price displayed on our website is the final cost of the product, with no additional sales tax added.

  • Import Duties & Customs Fees

II. Return Policy


Your satisfaction is our top priority. If your custom order fails to meet your expectations, please reach out to us at support@heartcustom.com, and we will work with you to find a satisfactory solution.

By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms:

  1. Returns & Refunds

    Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for custom orders. In the event that a mistake is made on our end, we will provide a free replacement—you will not be required to return the original item.

  2. Order Cancellation & Modification

    Once the customization process begins (within 24 hours of order placement), orders cannot be canceled or modified. We strongly advise you to double-check all details—including design, size, and shipping information—before finalizing your purchase.

  3. Free Replacement Eligibility

    A free replacement will be provided if your order meets one of the following conditions:

    • No shipping updates for 3 weeks after the dispatch date (provided the shipping address is correct)
    • The item arrives damaged, defective, or with incorrect customization (claims must be reported within 30 days of delivery confirmation, i.e., the date you sign for the package)

    To request a free replacement, please send an email with the following information:

    • Your order number and registered email address
    • Clear photos or videos showing the issue with the product
    • For sizing discrepancies: photos of the garment with a measuring tool (tape, ruler, etc.) included for reference

    Please note: We do not offer refunds—replacements are our primary solution for eligible issues.

  4. Paid Replacement Option

    If the error is caused by incorrect customization information provided at checkout (e.g., wrong size or design selected), a replacement may be available for 50% of the original product price. You will not need to return the original item.

  • We do not offer replacements for issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses. Please verify your address carefully during checkout.
  • A slight variation (up to 20%) in color or appearance may exist between the product images on our website and the actual item you receive. This is due to factors like photography lighting and differences in screen displays.
