After production is finished, your order will be carefully packaged and shipped out. Standard shipping generally takes 7 to 20 business days.

- If you do not see any tracking updates immediately after clicking the tracking link, there is no need to worry. There may be a 24-hour delay in tracking data, as packages often need time to move from our transfer hub to the carrier’s first scanning point.

Returns & RefundsDue to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for custom orders. In the event that a mistake is made on our end, we will provide a free replacement—you will not be required to return the original item.

Order Cancellation & ModificationOnce the customization process begins (within 24 hours of order placement), orders cannot be canceled or modified. We strongly advise you to double-check all details—including design, size, and shipping information—before finalizing your purchase.

Free Replacement EligibilityA free replacement will be provided if your order meets one of the following conditions:
- No shipping updates for 3 weeks after the dispatch date (provided the shipping address is correct)
- The item arrives damaged, defective, or with incorrect customization (claims must be reported within 30 days of delivery confirmation, i.e., the date you sign for the package)
To request a free replacement, please send an email with the following information:- Your order number and registered email address
- Clear photos or videos showing the issue with the product
- For sizing discrepancies: photos of the garment with a measuring tool (tape, ruler, etc.) included for reference
Please note: We do not offer refunds—replacements are our primary solution for eligible issues. -
Paid Replacement OptionIf the error is caused by incorrect customization information provided at checkout (e.g., wrong size or design selected), a replacement may be available for 50% of the original product price. You will not need to return the original item.
